Nezu Muzeum of Fine Arts

Nezu's holdings of Japanese and other Asian pre-modern arts form the core of the museum collection. The museum is set in the spacious traditional-style garden with pond are several teahouses. You can take a good 10-minute walk through the Japanese Zen garden, a relaxing break from Omotesando's shopping madness.

Edo-Tokyo Museum is one of the best history and architecture museums in Japan. It presents Tokyo story from ancient times in a very visual and compelling way by showing a variety of artifacts from antique clothing and kitchen utensils all the way to building models. It's a bit out of the way from other attractions but highly recommended to all history, design, and architecture lovers.

Beautiful Museum with art shows mainly focused the history of Japanese Art, ceramics, etc. The museum itself is stunning as well.
Please also visit the tea house. There is a Tea Ceremony every other Thursday. The gift store is lovely as well.
