05:00 - YOYOGI PARK
If you have more than one day in Tokyo, visit Meiji shrine &Yoyogi park right next to Harajuku Station. The best day to go is Saturday as all the gothic/Lolita gothic kids get dressed up and pose in the area between the station and the shrine. At the entrance of the park you into the park you will see the rockabilly dancers.

06:00 - TOKYU HANDS IN SHIBUYA
From Yoyogi park take a taxi to Tokyu Hands in Shibuya. There aren’t very many good places to -relax in Shibuya so we recommend that you go to whatever shops you want to go to and get out before you get too tired. Tokyu Hands(probably the best shop in Tokyo with everything you could ever need), Mandarake (animation characters and manga heaven), Parco (Department store), Beaver (Fasion), Loft (Department store for Homeware), Apple store, Bic Camera(electronic appliances, cameras, phones, everything!), Tsutaya (Books and DVD’s and from the Starbucks on the second floor is a great view of Shibuya crossing), Tokyo Foodshow (incredible selection of foods, located in the basement of Shibuya station), Animate (Manga and toys), Lad Musician (fashion), Recofan (record store), Uniqlo, Opening Ceremony….

SHIBUYA
There is also a small area with many sex shops and love hotels in shibuya. Love hotels are for people who have small apartments, or still live with their parents, or of course want to have an affair. You rent a room for a few hours specifically for having sex, many of the rooms have “interesting” designs and themes, which you chose from a vending machine menu. The area is located on the backstreets behind the 109 department store.

2. 10:30 - AZABUJUBAN - AZABU HOUSE
From Tsutaya, you can go down the little street - Azabujuban main street - and you can feel the spirit of a small village. Azabujuban is a popular district with several embassies, so many restaurants and old traditional stores (not fashionable at all). Azabujuban has few hidden treasures among which Yamakawaya (for laquer objects), Azabu House (one of my favorite restaurant, open 23 hours a day)

Have a look at ""Le Bain"" (just in front, same building) who carries beautiful bathroom accessories. Buy a Tamanohada round soap."

5. 12:30 - AXIS BUILDING
Although Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown are on the outskirts of Roppongi, I wouldn't recommend anything in Roppongi itself except the Axis building, which has a good selection of design products. And Whatever anyone says about Roppongi nightlife…Don't go! It is a toilet filled with English teachers, US military dudes, Australians, and cockroaches. In fact if anyone asks you to go to Roppongi with them, you should consider abandoning your friendship with them.

7. 04:00 - CLASKA HOTEL
From there take a taxi up Meguro Dori towards Claska hotel. The street is famous for having many interesting furniture/design stores, ask the taxi to stop and wait for you if you see a store that you would like to visit. Not far from Claska by taxi, go to Kurabu: Opened by Sinichiro Ogata (the man behind the former Higashiya and Simplicity Design Studio) it is located in a residential area but has a wonderful selection of Japanese handcrafted items and is really worth checking out. We recommend that you take a taxi that has GPS as it is nearly impossible to find on your own. The store has beautiful Japanese pottery and exceptional small objects and is definitely worth visiting.3-4-7 Yagumo, Meguro-ku. 03 5731 1620 (until 5pm). Have the taxi wait outside for you as you will have a very difficult time finding another one. Take the taxi back to Claska hotel and have a drink in the lobby bar.
